Patrice Bonneau


I would like to share with you a part of my background. When I was 13 years old, I used to walk my neighbourhood, lawnmower in hand and determination in mind, in order to develop a network of clients that became satisfied (with my work). Without even thinking about it, I started acquiring entrepreneurial skills. Throughout the years, I had the opportunity to use my talents in the sales domain and I developed a passion for the relational aspect. This passion drove me to found my first business in the events industry.

Having several mandated employees under my responsibility, I excelled in every challenge: the creation of the events, the advertising coordination and the marketing. Of course, the training sessions for the sale representatives combined all these skills. Unable to do everything by myself, I developed an expertise in researching personnel.

Afterwards, I had the opportunity to work as a representative in a corporate environment for a large Canadian company specialised in offering digital marketing solutions. Being one of the top representatives in Québec, the experience was very rewarding. Following this experience, I continued to develop my skills within one of the most prestigious recruiting firms, cited in New York’s stock market.

Knowing how to adapt to your clients’ different personalities and the importance of listening to your client in order to better respond to their need has always been my priority and as such, paved my way to success.

Entrepreneur since a young age, it was clear to me that I wanted to have a positive impact upon my peers and environment. Since then, I have travelled through different continents, allowing me to learn more about different cultures and this brought me to challenge myself more. I started questioning my views, challenging my sense of self. This determination has always existed within me.

Having a personality that lends importance to human relationships, I decided to create a business in the recruitment personnel domain of specialised sales representatives.

In my opinion, nothing is more gratifying other than seeing a candidate and business excel because of my personalised service and my sales expertise.
